WHERE WE CAME FROM: Runs With Scissors had its genesis in August of 1995. Originally known as The Coffeehouse Players, the troupe sprung out of a series of successful sketch comedy and improv shows performed at the Dalton Little Theatre in Dalton, GA.
WHAT WE DO: Runs With Scissors specializes in IMPROV and SKETCH COMEDY! We perform our shows at comedy clubs and cabarets around the Southeast and at private parties. PLUS we can create "made-to-order" comedy shows for your corporate events. See Contact Information below.
WHY YOU SHOULD COME AND SEE US: Runs With Scissors has gained a reputation for irreverent comedy and a daring "anything for a laugh" style. Using theatre games similar to those seen on "Who's Line is it Anyway?, we create scenes - on the spot, off the top of our heads, & right before your very eyes - from suggestions taken from the audience. Every scene is different so we never do the same show twice.

Due to the off-the-cuff nature of improvisation, our public shows may contain obscene language, sexual situations, and other various forms of offensive material. Or not. We don't know and we don't care. As long as it's funny and you enjoy it.
